Commercial Broker with Development Experience
Phillip Mays, is President/Broker. He has a 30 year background in real estate and commercial development. He served for fifteen years as Senior Director of Properties and Facilities for Alamo Rent A Car, Inc. and later as Director of Construction for the Eastern U. S. for Autonation, Inc. His commercial development experience includes site selection, due diligence, project planning and construction management. His civic involvement includes active membership at All Saints Episcopal Church where he serves on the vestry and finance committee, is a lector and adult teacher in the Parish Academy. Past civic activities included former member of Lakeland South Rotary Club where he served as club Secretary and President and is a five time Paul Harris Fellow. Mr. Mays holds a BBA degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern College. He and his wife Sanfra make their home in Lakeland, Florida.
