An LSU Letterman and national champion under Nick Saban, he learned early that success is built in the repetitions, showing up, putting in the work, and leading with clarity. With more than 15 years of experience, Phillip’s career spans both global strategy and local brokerage. As a Global Director, he partnered with companies such as Meta, Disney, AT&T, and Intuit to deliver flexible workspace strategies across more than 80 countries. He has built and led sales teams, overseen national product lines, and developed brokers and producers whose success added measurable impact to clients and organizations alike. Phillip now specializes in office, industrial, flex, medical, retail, restaurant, and land assets, bridging the needs of investors with those of business owners and operators. His conviction sharpened around emerging communities and municipalities, places where growth is real, relationships matter, and opportunities are often overlooked. Equally important to him is mentoring and building the next generation of brokers. Phillip founded Field Commercial Real Estate to create not just client results, but a culture of discipline, clarity, and consistency where brokers grow into leaders. Beyond business, Phillip is a father to three children, Lillian, Colette, and William, who remain his grounding force and greatest motivation.
