Phillip Kerr

Philip Kerr joined CBRE’s capital markets group as part of the multifamily investment sales platform in 2021. Prior to investment sales, Philip spent 3 years in valuation and advisory specializing on the valuation of investment-grade multifamily properties for institutional lenders. Philip graduated from Texas A&M, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a double minor in History and Sports Management.
