Phillip Bright

Phil was previously a Founding Principal of Belvedere Associates, the predecessor of Prudential CRES in San Francisco. He received both a BS and an MBA from California State University at San Jose, and has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate specializing in long-range planning, acquisition, disposition, transaction negotiation, space planning and design. Prior to founding Belvedere Associates and Prudential CRES, Phil was Vice President for Corporate Real Estate Facilities at Wells Fargo Bank, responsible for an annual real estate facility budget in excess of $150 million. Prior to Wells Fargo, he was Vice President of Property Management and Construction for BankAmerica Realty Services. Phil is a licensed real estate broker in California, and is an active member of CoreNet Global, formerly IDRC (International Development Research Council).
