Phillip Azarik

As Executive Vice President of Brokerage Services and Principal in the firm, Phillip’s specialties include strategizing, implementing and ensuring continued growth for multi-market tenant roll outs on a national and regional scale. Phil is the Master Broker for LL Flooring (formerly Lumber Liquidators) and Mattress Firm on the East Coast. He is the broker for Chase Bank, locally, (PA, NJ, DE) and Master Broker, in Greenville, SC, Richmond, VA, and Pittsburgh, PA. His other active retail clients include &pizza, Drive Shack (Urban Locations), Shoppers World, Sportsman’s Warehouse, LoveSac, Dig Inn, Dos Toros, BrewDog Brewery, and Physique 57. In addition, Phil represents numerous owners on a project, leasing, and sales basis. His professional experience has taken him throughout the U.S. Phillip has been a member of the Metro team since 2010 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. He is a graduate of Bucknell University.
