Since 2004, Philippe has worked in a variety of sectors, including investment. At the beginning, it was by selling several commercial properties that he acquired a great experience and developed a passion for this niche of real estate, then making it a specialization. In 2009, he added a few strings to his bow by acting as a senior commercial rental advisor for a reputable property manager, where he developed skills in property management and also acted as project manager for the realization of several LEED environmental certification projects. Philippe acts as Senior Director and represents several tenant clients since 2014. His corporate clients occupy several hundred thousand square feet in Québec and the rest of Canada, whether for office or industrial type use. His vast experience allows him to establish personalized occupation plans, carry out complete financial analyses and develop rigorous negotiation strategies considering the business model and the culture of the company he serves.
