Philip Zunder

Philip started Decathlon, his own company, after many successful years working with local and national commercial realty firms including; Royal LePage Commercial Real Estate, Regional Realty Ltd. and Colliers International, where he was a frequent recipient of awards for high sales achievement. He brings with him over thirty-two (32) years of commercial real estate experience, covering many aspects of the industry including the disposition of office, mixed-use, retail, and industrial properties as well as vacant land, hotels, retirement homes and apartment buildings. Philip has been involved in the sale of Commercial Real Estate, mostly in the Ottawa area but as far away as Belleville (for Ontario Hydro) and Trois Rivieres (for RoyNat Capital). Philip has established an excellent reputation with both Buyers and Sellers as an honest and diligent real estate professional. He will make every effort to find the right Buyer and obtain the best possible price. Two recent Ottawa sales that Philip is quite proud of are the sale of 722 Bank Street for $2,500,000 and the recent land sale of 1156 Wellington Street at Parkdale for $3,700,000 to Reichmann International Development Corp. who plan to build a new retirement home on that site.
