Philip Yost

Philip Yost is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s office in Birmingham, Alabama; he is part of a multi-disciplinary team where he provides oversight and management of the Industrial Practice Group for Alabama. Mr. Yost provides a wide range of services including tenant representation, landlord representation, site selection, as well as representing clients in both acquisitions and dispositions of industrial property. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Yost worked for Colonial Properties Trust, where he was responsible for the leasing and tenant retention of approximately 580,000 SF of the company’s portfolio in Birmingham and Huntsville. He has been actively involved in the Alabama market for the past twelve years.
