This includes comprehensive market assessments, real estate planning, supply chain optimization strategies, and implementation of tailored solutions for industrial occupiers with nationwide footprints. Building on his previous seven years at Cushman and Wakefield in Boston, Philip continues to provide valuable insights into market trends, lease negotiations, and portfolio management, now on a national scale. His transition to JLL's IPS team marks an expansion of his focus from regional to national industrial real estate services, positioning him to drive significant value for JLL's national and international clients.
