Philip Hagee

Philip Hagee joined the Sturges Property Group brokerage team in 2019 as Listing Manager. He specializes in the disposition, sale, and lease of commercial investment properties. Along with Neal Bowman, he has continually averaged over $20 million in annual sales volume. Prior to working in the brokerage department, Philip was a property manager, which gives him added perspective on the day-to-day operations of a property and helps him understand the concerns of a commercial landlord. Philip’s favorite part of his job is building personal relationships with his clients and underwriting complex investment scenarios. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, participating in outdoor sports activities, and cheering on his Buckeyes.
