Philip joined Nichols Land & Investment Company in 2019 as a licensed real estate salesperson. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Environmental Economics and Management and a M.S. in Geography. Philip has experience in Land and Commercial Property Sales, as well as Landlord and Tenant Representation for Commercial Leases. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors and the Athens Area Association of Realtors.
