Phil Sharrow

Philip Sharrow is the Principal of SCOPE Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC “SCOPE,” a privately held regional investment sales brokerage focusing on middle-market multifamily and development in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to spear founding SCOPE, Sharrow led a leading multifamily investment sales group at Marcus & Millichap, Philadelphia (NYSE: MMI). Sharrow also brings to his career experience within multifamily development, project management, and real estate technology. Sharrow currently resides in Philadelphia where he continues to grow the SCOPE organization.
