Phil Ryan has spent his professional career working toward the development and redevelopment of the urban core in his hometown of Nashville. For the last dozen years Phil has brokered tens of millions of dollars of commercial real estate purchases, sales and leases. From Germantown to Belle Meade, from Hillsboro Village to 12South, from 5 Points & E. Nashville to Berry Hill, Madison & Donelson. Downtown to Midtown to all of Middle Tennessee. It’s been hard work and great relationships – one at a time. Clients have been big and small businesses, non-profits, developers and local government. A fifth generation Nashvillian, Phil holds a master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor’s degree in political science and city planning from Middle Tennessee State University. He is active in the Downtown Rotary Club, on the board of Dismas House, a board member of the Hillsboro-West End Neighbors, former board member of the Madison-Rivergate Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Greater Nashville Urban Land Institute and Greenways for Nashville and supporter of Conexion Americas.
