Phil Peck

Phil Peck, CCIM joined Block & Company in July 2010 as a commercial sales associate. His focus is specializing in the sale and leasing of retail and restaurant properties together with landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining Block & Company, Phil served seven years as an owner and operator of a top national franchise restaurant concept. He has held a real estate license in both Kansas and Missouri since 2006 and has been involved in millions of dollars in commercial transactions including leasing, investments, and developments. Phil was presented with the CoStar Power Broker Award for Top Retail Leasing Volumes in Kansas City in 2013. He was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which recognizes experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Phil is a graduate of Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing with an emphasis in Finance. He is a member of The Golden Key International Honour Society, National Association of Realtors, Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, and Retail Brokers Network. Phil enjoys his family time, along with staying active, playing golf, being at the lake, and volunteering for multiple charities
