Phil is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), a designation of excellence in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. As an industrial real estate advisor, Phil is familiar with most industrial properties located in South King County. He has spent his career focusing on business relationships through-out the Kent Valley, including South Seattle, SeaTac, Federal Way, Fife, Auburn, and Puyallup.
