Phil Morris

Phil Morris, a native Austinite, had a 10 year career as a touring musician before diving into CRE. In his early commercial real estate days, he found a niche representing local businesses helping music venues maintain their leases and home grown concepts expand into flourishing businesses. His approach focuses on building relationships with area developers and individual business owners for an extensive understanding of the market and needs unique to individual businesses helping them purchase, sell, and lease across all sectors of CRE with a focus on retail. Today he has an expansive list of clients ranging from local chains to national brands including Big Blue Swim School, Heyday Skincare, Enterprise Holdings, Premier Martial Arts, IFA Academy, Austin Pets Alive! Thrift, J Heart CBD, Cuba 512, Way South Philly, Family Medicine Austin, Marufuku Ramen and AMLI Residential. Phil is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), The International Franchise Association (IFA) and the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR).
