Phil Letelier

Phil is NorthBridge's Vice President of Industrial and Office Services focused on representing landlords, tenants, and investors with leasing, acquisitions and disposition of commercial real estate. He brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience from Brokerage Services, Property Management to Marketing & Research. Prior to joining NorthBridge, Phil was the Vice President of Brokerage at Equity CRE. During his 4+ years with Equity, Phil focused on Industrial and Office properties representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. During his time he was a top producer completing over 125 transactions. Prior to joining Equity, Phil was a Senior Director at Andretta Properties. During his 8 years with Andretta Properties, Phil partnered with Jack Brubaker, one of the most experienced and respected agents in the State of Florida. While at Andretta Properties, Phil was involved in over 200 commercial real estate transactions including industrial and office leasing, sales and acquisitions. Prior to joining Andretta Properties Phil was the Marketing Director for nearly 7 years with Carter and Associates, at the time was the largest privately held commercial real estate firm in the Southeast. Phil was involved in real estate transactions representing 17 million square feet and over $2 billion in value including a portfolio of 24 national class A office buildings valued at over $750,000,000. Phil served as an active-duty paratrooper in the United States Army from 1989 – 1993. From 1990 - 1991, Phil served in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia and Iraq. He was awarded several medals including the Army Commendation Medal for his service during Operation Desert Storm.
