Phil Ginexi is the Managing Director & Co-Founder of The Multifamily Firm, specializing in disposition & acquisition of multifamily assets in Southwest Florida. During the course of his career, Phil has been involved with over $250 million worth of multifamily real estate transactions in Southwest Florida, including Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Charlotte Counties. Known for his relentless work ethic & attention to detail, Mr. Ginexi has represented numerous private-client sellers of large & small multifamily properties. Mr Ginexi currently resides in Sarasota Florida and originally hails Lindenhurst, New York. Prior to relocating to Sarasota nearly 8 years ago, Phil attended college at Suffolk University in Downtown Boston Massachusetts and graduated with honors in 2008 with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Finance.
