Phil Gibby

Phil's real estate career began in 1989 after completing a Master's degree in management at London University. He has been an active commercial real estate broker in the Chicago area since 1995 during which time he has completed transactions as seller's agent, buyer's agent, landlord's agent and tenant representative. Though his area of expertise is in industrial property, Phil has also carried out numerous retail, office, commercial and development transactions. His clients have included developers, private investors, Real Estate Investment Trusts, manufacturers and warehousers.
