Phil Geiger

My passion for leadership started early on through my interest in playing team sports. Baseball is what stuck, and I ended up playing through college. Through this experience, I learned how to push others to do more, and for all of us to be a stronger as a result. And I helped build a culture where the entire team rows in synchronization. These fundamental skills guide me to this day as I lead our Occupier Services Group at Stream Realty Partners in Chicago. My clients describe me as responsive, hard-working and, importantly, having their best interests at heart. I take the time to make sure we get things done right and get them the best deal. I enjoy running my business in a creative, thoughtful way, creating a personal connection. My focus is representing users in office, industrial and manufacturing components to their respective real estate portfolios throughout the country. I have particular expertise leveraging technology for clients to save significantly on their real estate costs.
