A former Portfolio Director for Land Securities Group Plc, Phil was responsible for the growth & investment performance of the Outlet portfolio consisting at that time of Gunwharf Quays Portsmouth; The Galleria Hatfield & Livingston Designer Outlet. Ahead of this, Phil worked on all aspects of retail property across the UK with notable projects including The BullRing Shopping Centre Birmingham & the re-development of Princesshay Exeter. Phil joins Brown & Coffrom Freeport Retail, working as a consultant on projects throughout mainland Europe and beyond.
