Peyton Wimberly is Managing Director of Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solution’s team in Atlanta, which specializes in providing real estate strategies for a diverse client base that includes Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies. In that capacity, Peyton assists clients with their real estate needs on a local, regional, and national level, providing them with a variety of services, such as acquisition, disposition, sale leasebacks, lease restructuring, and associated financial analysis. Prior to joining Transwestern, Mr. Wimberly attained leadership roles within the Tenant Representation branches of CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield; two of the largest publicly traded commercial real estate firms in the world. This experience gives Peyton unmatched exposure to an array of different clients, services, and strategies.
