Peyton Krutz

As an Associate at Hanley Investment Group, Peyton specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties nationwide. He is actively involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including comprehensive underwriting, financial analysis, and property valuation. Peyton’s strong financial acumen and deep understanding of market dynamics allow him to deliver strategic insights and value to his clients. Prior to joining Hanley Investment Group, Peyton served as a Financial Services Representative at Charles Schwab in Indianapolis. He also gained real estate experience as an Analyst Intern with State Street Properties in Chicago. Peyton earned his degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he majored in Economics and Business Analytics. He previously played Division I football at Ball State University. Now residing in Newport Beach, Peyton enjoys spending time at the beach, staying active, and following sports.
