Peter Thorne

Peter Thorne joined David, Hicks, & Lampert Brokerage in October 2022. Peter represents both landlords and tenants in all aspects of retail real estate including site selection, lease negotiation, and sales. Some of his clients include: Northwood Investors, The Bailey Company, Yampa Sandwich Company, Little Caesars to name a few. Before his time at DHLB, Peter worked as a Real Estate Manager for FullSpeed Automotive, the parent company for Grease Monkey, SpeeDee, & Kwik Kar. In this role, he was responsible for all franchise and corporate growth strategies nationwide. Prior to joining FullSpeed Automotive, Peter was a Tenant Rep broker for a national brokerage firm, Tenantbase. Peter’s passion for helping others makes him a dedicated and trusted resource for his clients. Native to Denver, Peter attended Cherry Creek High School then earned a bachelor’s degree in financial management at Indiana University. Outside of the office, you can usually find him on the golf course, in the mountains or enjoying time with friends and family.
