Peter Thomas

Peter Thomas specializes in landlord and tenant representation of office and office/flex buildings, client service, and account management. He is also a specialist in the CBD, West, and Southeast suburban submarkets. Peter has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, he oversaw a portfolio in excess of 2.5 million square feet on behalf of institutional and private investors. During his career, Peter has successfully negotiated leases in excess of 7 million square feet and he consistently places in the Top 20 office brokers in metropolitan Denver. Peter graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He is also a graduate of the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry 50 for Colorado Class, a yearlong workshop for promising executives.
