His well rounded foundation in real estate – from development, project leasing and construction to corporate real estate – can help companies leverage their internal resources, focus on core competencies and assist in lowering occupancy costs. In addition, Peter is a member of the GVA Smith Mack Technology & Life Sciences Practice Group, where he uses his prior industry experience in the technology segment to support the unique needs of the technology and life sciences industries. Prior to joining GVA Smith Mack, Peter spent over 19 successful years in sales and account management with companies in the high technology industry. These companies included IBM, Comdisco and Hitachi Data Systems. Peter's account and project management experience—developed supporting Fortune 500 Companies over his career—are invaluable to companies needing professional, comprehensive assistance in evaluating their real estate alternatives.
