Peter Skevas

Peter Skevas began his real estate career in new development which later branched into commercial real estate sales, leasing, and commercial lending. Peter focuses on securing exclusive deals for new developments and value add projects by working with sponsors from inception to close out and he delivers full capital stack solutions for existing, transitional, and to-be-built commercial real estate projects. Peter has lived in Queens for 27 years and currently resides on the outskirts of Astoria. Peter holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU School of Professional Studies, Schack Institute of Real Estate is a member of the Long Island Board of New York and is fluent in modern Greek.
