Peter Scrivo is the Co-owner and Principal of P.S. Properties, Inc. His expertise is in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties and building management. His quick response time and availability to his clients nearly 24/7 guide them through the process as they expand or launch their business. Well-versed in knowing the intricacies of many industries, Peter has the ability to know exactly what a client needs and quickly finds the property which will position his customers for success. Peter grew up in Belleville, New Jersey. He began working in his father’s women’s coat factory when he was 12 years old in an industrial section of Newark. Peter is also the Co-Owner and Principal of CCS Trading Corporation, Inc. Over the course of 30 years, he owned and operated six women’s retail clothing stores and was a major manufacturer and wholesaler of clothing to major retailers. Prior to co-founding PS Properties, Inc., Peter worked for two other prominent commercial real estate brokerage firms.
