Peter Phelps

Peter Phelps is Partner at Bow West Capital. He brings over seven years of real estate investing experience spanning across the country. Peter is currently a member of the General Partnership in a real estate private equity fund totaling $50 Million in equity and $200 Million in assets under management. Prior to joining BWC, Peter worked with Sean at Aragon Holdings. He was a Vice President responsible for identifying, executing and managing real estate transactions. He was responsible for overseeing the asset management of half the portfolio, including the management of asset performance as well as all related construction and rehab projects. During his tenure, the company deployed nearly $300 Million in equity totaling $1.4 Billion in value. His previous experience comes from working at Pacific Coast Capital Partners (PCCP), Marshall and Stevens and Merrill Lynch.
