Peter O'Brien
Peter has been an integral part of the leadership team of Arnel, Inc. for over 20 years. He joined Arnel after working as an attorney in the real estate practice of a Chicago-based international law firm. In that position, he represented real estate developers, institutional owners and banks in a variety of real estate sale, leasing and financing transactions. During his time with Arnel, Inc. Peter has structured and overseen the purchase, sale and financing of thousands of residential apartments as well as a number of commercial office buildings. Peter received his B.A., cum laude, from Colgate University and his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law. He lives in Evanston, IL with his wife, Cheryl, and their two children.
