Peter Milner

Before entering Commercial Real Estate, I was a high school teacher, chaplain, and sales associate for a shoe store. I am passionate about personally engaging with students, clients, and companies as they gain knowledge and expertise in bringing their dreams to life. For many years I thought that my multiple degrees from Wake Forest University and Duke were superfluous to my work. But now I’m realizing that well-rounded training, an ability to think across curriculums and fields, allows me to be a better listener, communicator, and collaborator. Ultimately I am a problem solver and innovator, and two degrees from Wake Forest and one degree from Duke give me the intellectual chops to get the job done and solve the puzzle. My multi faceted experience brings a wealth of aptitude and experience to the table as I help teams bring their businesses to the next step of growth. After making the switch to Commercial Real Estate in 2023, I have found myself deeply encouraged due to the collaborative nature of commercial transactions.
