During his 40-year career in commercial real estate, Mr. Mechlin has had numerous Landlord and Tenant representation assignments and has been involved in lease transactions in excess of 2 million square feet. He has also been involved in multiple investment transactions; land assemblage and rezoning for multifamily development; and land sales for commercial/Industrial development.
