Peter Kaufmann

For the past 18 years, Peter has worked in the Winnipeg commercial real estate industry and is currently Vice President at Capital. He focuses on the sales and leasing of industrial, office and vacant land properties in the Manitoba market. He also provides clients with Opinions of Value for their properties and advises on a variety of property and business matters. Peter’s experience includes 10 years in sales with Silverwood Dairy and Johnson & Johnson, and 20 years as owner and operator of Kaufmann Foods. Peter’s earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba and has completed courses in accounting, marketing, and sales. Peter is heavily involved in the community and has served on the boards for The Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers, Winnipeg Convention Center, and Pension Board for the City of Winnipeg. He was also elected as a City of Winnipeg councillor and ran for mayor in 1995 and 1998.
