As an experienced Managing Director, Pete is committed to creating and preserving wealth for his clients while specializing in the sale of both exclusively listed and off-market multifamily assets. With over 300 large apartment transactions closed, totaling 55,000+ units and over $1,750,000,000 in value, Pete has become known as being one of the best and most seasoned multifamily real estate advisors in DFW. Pete holds a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on marketing from Texas State University. Additionally, Pete is a Dallas native and still resides in Dallas with his wife, Elena, who is a Dallas County Prosecutor.
