Peter Hajimihalis is based out of the JLL Los Angeles office, specializing in both tenant (locally and nationally) and owner leasing representation in the Los Angeles region as well as investment related assignments with an emphasis on technology and entertainment-based assets. Peter has represented ownership groups across Los Angeles including EQ Office/Blackstone, Kilroy Realty, Douglas Emmett, Invesco and Worthe Real Estate Group. On behalf of these clients, over last 3 years, he has transacted with major AMLaw 100 firms, Fortune 100 tech and entertainment companies across Los Angeles. Peter has also represented tenants such as Activision Blizzard, FOX, Paramount Global and Sony. Additionally, on behalf of Paramount Global, Peter was involved in the sale of CBS Studio Center, a 1.5M SF studio in Studio City, CA for a record $1.85B, the largest single asset sale in Los Angeles history.
