Peter Evans
Peter is Hunneman’s Executive Vice President & Managing Principal. In addition to overseeing daily operations and Hunneman’s strategic direction, Peter also leads the Urban Advisory Group, focusing on tenant and landlord representation assignments in the Downtown Boston area. With over 20 years of industry experience, Peter has worked with and managed several leasing and sales teams in Greater Boston and has a deep knowledge of acquisitions, financing, asset and property management. Over the course of his career, Peter has been responsible for the leasing and sale of over 15 million square feet of real estate totaling in excess of $5 Billion. He earned a B.A. from University of Colorado, Boulder and a board member of the Commercial Brokers Association of Massachusetts and the Building Owners Management Association. Peter is from the South Shore where he currently lives with his family.
