Peter DiMiceli
Mr. DiMiceli is a Managing Director in the Securitization market offering at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. DiMiceli has served the Securitization marketplace for over 25 years and is specialized in Commercial Mortgage Backed Securitization, serving the CMBS marketplace for over 20 years. In addition to his Securitization background, Mr. DiMiceli has deep experience with loan workouts and restructuring debt which he developed while leading a bank receivership during the banking crisis. Before Deloitte, Mr. DiMiceli spent 3 years with The Bank of New York where he served as an account officer in their corporate trust department. Mr. DiMiceli began his career servicing small business commercial loans at Colson Services Corp., a fiscal and transfer agent for the Small Business Administration. Mr. DiMiceli holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Business Management and a minor in Finance from Pace University in New York City.
