Peter been in the industry for close to 20 years working with deal negotiation, assemblage, site identifcation for major tenants.
Peter Considine, Vice President has been working with the Dartmouth Company since 2004 managing relationships with national and regional retailers and institutional landlords. Peter exclusively works with retailers and landlord’s including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Capital One Bank, DDR, and The Bulfinch Companies. Peter has significant experience in land assemblage, site identification, and deal negotiation. He's particularly focused on long-term strategic planning. Peter has BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Boston University. He's active in the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Center and is currently working with National Amusements on their dispositions work.
