Clients appreciate Peter's consultative real estate approach and lean on more than 35 years of industry experience. As an executive vice president, he leads Colliers International’s Chicago-based, four-member retail investment practice group. In the most recent calendar year, their team bought or sold 70 properties. These were sales of single tenant net lease investments and multi-tenant shopping centers. He serves as the chairman of Colliers NNN investment practice and has transacted record-setting sales in Chicago, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. Prior to joining Colliers, he spent nearly a decade at both Cushman & Wakefield and Insignia/CBRE. His hobby is cooking, and for three years he has created recipes on his food blog, Feed Your Soul Too.
