As the Managing Broker for Chicago Tenant Advisors, Peter specializes in Chicago tenant representation advising Chicago office, industrial, and retail space users with lease negotiations and in identifying space. Peter helps companies develop comprehensive and strategic real estate plans, and assists with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties for local and national clients. Peter has specialized in tenant representation for 15 years. In his role Peter has negotiated leases on behalf of companies of all sizes. Peter has created significant value and savings for the following corporations, several on a national basis: Amata Office Centers, American Express, Baxter Healthcare, Apollo Group, NTR, Concentra Healthcare, Westwood College, ReVolution Marketing, Prevention First, Xenon Capital, Bioverda, First Horizon, Dyson, Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Bureau, Flanders Investment & Trade, Wellington Management, Greenhouse Communications, United Healthcare, Ora Dental, Standard Register, and Air Liquide USA throughout North America. Peter speaks Italian and Spanish fluently. In his free time Peter enjoys playing golf, Squash, and Tennis. Peter is an avid runner and has completed 13 marathons including one Ultra Marathon of 50K.
