Peter Alimam is an Investment Associate in Marcus & Millichap's San Francisco office. As an agent he exclusively represents sellers and buyers of investment properties across the West Coast. Peter has been with firm since 2018. He assists in all phases of the Real Estate transaction including property identification, purchase agreements, due diligence, loan acquisitions, and closings. Peter Alimam is a part of Frank Rogers team and between the two of them have over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry and have closed real estate transactions valued over $750,000,000. Peter was the recipient of the 2022 rookie of the year award for Marcus & Millichap's San Francisco Office. Peter graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco with an emphasis on marketing. He holds a California Real Estate License.
