Since 1981, Peter Williams has built a progressive career in the development, acquisition, asset management, brokerage and divestiture of large-scale commercial real estate properties. This experience has encompassed regional real estate responsibilities in the Mountain States, Pacific Northwest and Southwest markets. Pete has run or been involved in several successful firms involved with commercial development and brokerage in addition to starting a profitable home-building enterprise in Phoenix, Arizona. He served as National Investment Council chairman for New America Network, vice president for F.I.A. Associates (merged with Alex Brown Realty Advisors in mid-1990), and Deseret Financial Corporation and First Security Corporation. He has made significant bottom-line contributions through his efforts. During his career, Pete has had direct involvement in the brokerage of over $450 million dollars of investment property. He is concentrating his brokerage practice at Colliers International in investment sales across all disciplines of commercial real estate as well as offering his expertise in development services.
