Pete Waldbauer is an Associate Broker and First Vice President in Thalhimer’s Richmond office. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Pete is an industry leader with extensive retail real estate experience, focusing primarily on landlord and tenant representation including site selection as well as representing buyers and sellers of land. Pete specializes in leasing major shopping centers for many national, regional, and local owners throughout the Richmond market. He has been instrumental in the pre-leasing of numerous retail development projects and providing exclusive site selection services for Walmart and Starbuck’s. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2003, Pete was Director of Commercial Real Estate for The Wilton Companies leading their leasing and development activities of a portfolio of over one million square feet consisting of thirteen shopping centers and ten light industrial complexes.
