Pete Rose

Pete currently holds the position of the Director of Service Management for SteelHead Management. He brings twenty-nine years of experience in Property Management, working with a wide range of assets up and down the east coast. Before SteelHead he spent three years at Bonaventure Realty Group as Service Quality Coordinator, overseeing the on-site service teams and asset management on conventional, senior, and affordable projects in markets ranging from Maryland to South Carolina. Before Bonaventure, he served as the Director of Service Quality for AIMCO (Apartment Investment Management Company) where he oversaw 44 communities ranging from Ohio to Georgia. Pete is a certified CAMT and active CAMT Instructor for VAMA. Pete has experience in REAC inspections and preparations, as well as multiple project renovations on tax credit, affordable projects.
