Mr. Barnard specializes in the sale of commercial properties in Northern Virginia, specifically Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties. After beginning his real estate career in marketing as well as spending time in data analytics and corporate client relations, Mr. Barnard found he always gravitated towards the brokerage side of the business leading him to join Feldman Ruel's Investment Sales division to work with its Northern Virginia group. Mr. Barnard's understanding of the commercial real estate market paired with his natural aptitude for data analytics have been the main drivers of his early success. He prides himself on the most ethical representation of his clients and takes his role as a trusted advisor extremely seriously. Mr. Barnard is able to leverage his background, skill set, and access to Feldman Ruel's unmatched local expertise and resources for the benefit of his clients. This allows him to provide sound advice and guidance throughout not only the disposition process but the entire commercial real estate ownership lifecycle. Always driven to excel, Mr. Barnard was awarded dual Bachelor of Science degrees in both Marketing and Management from Tulane University's Freeman School of Business. In his personal life, he spends his time traveling, and finding new restaurants and other experiences, listing Morocco among his favorite destinations to date.
