Working alongside the firm’s managing partners, Kees Janeway and Jacob Sworski, Petar is involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including sourcing, underwriting, market analysis, negotiation, and execution through closing. Petar specializes in single-tenant and multi-tenant retail investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions, retail leasing, site selection, redevelopment opportunities, and off-market acquisitions and dispositions. He works alongside retail private equity groups, developers, operators, and investors throughout the Midwest and nationwide. His experience includes: • Single-tenant and multi-tenant retail investment sales • Sale-leaseback advisory and sourcing • Retail leasing for tenant and landlord representation • Site selection and redevelopment / ground-up opportunities • Off-market acquisitions and dispositions Petar has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2022 and remains actively involved within the retail real estate industry.
