Perry Russ

Perry Russ serves as President of Zamias Services, Inc., where he began his career in 1990 as a Specialty Leasing Representative. He quickly progressed at Zamias holding positions of Regional Director of the Southeast, Director of Mall Leasing, Senior Vice President of Leasing and Executive Vice President. In 2003, Perry established Zamias’ brokerage endeavors including Tenant & Landlord Representation and Leasing & Investment Sales. Perry received a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, State of Pennsylvania, is a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
