Perla Pinedo

Perla Pinedo serves as an Associate at GM Properties, specializing in commercial, office and industrial brokerage. She also takes on a wide variety of assignments such as marketing of lease and sale properties, drafting lease contracts and renewals, overseeing property inquiries, tours and more. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Perla joined GM Properties in 2023. Prior to the company, Perla worked in management and training in the service industry. She enjoys learning about Southern California’s diverse commercial real estate market and hopes to be a part of the GM Properties team for many years. After hours, Perla enjoys going to the beach. She also loves hiking and spending time with her family.
