She has since expanded her education to become Probate Certified so can assist those who need to liquidate Real Property through the Probate process. Penny started a Property Management business, Howard Real Estate Services, in 2018 and then moved her Broker License to Howard Real Estate Services so now offers Real Estate Sales & Property Management. Whether helping buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants Penny Howard focuses on providing the best possible customer service with honesty and integrity.
