Penney is a Massachusetts native happily transplanted to Midcoast Maine. Her family ties in Maine go back many generations, so she feels right at home here. She enjoys the wonderful people and sense of community that is so special in Maine. She is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania, and an avid traveler, hiker and kayaker.
